Today the food we ordered are good but not a WOW. Hence only 4 stars. We haven't been here for quite sometime because the quality has been a hit and miss. Sometimes it's good and sometimes not so much, Since we seem to have it good today, we'll come back again to see if there's consistency in the quality of the food.

Outstanding meal as always! Generous portions with exquisitely prepared fresh ingredients. I have yet to order an appetizer, soup, or entree that has let me down. One of the best restaurants for Vietnamese and Chinese food in Portland. And possibly the whole of the Pacific Northwest!

I ordered online and was confused about tipping. I included a tip on my online order but opted to pay at the restaurant. The bill at the restaurant matched the amount with the online tip but the menu prices were all increased to reach this amount - with no indication of a tip being part of the total price. If I wasn't paying attention I would have paid a second tip. I don't know if this was intentional or a glitch in the app.

Service is good. Dinner has not been eaten at times of this writing. But people was friendly, my foods were ready as promised. Thanks for dinner.
